Confirmation and Preparations
Following your booking, you'll receive a confirmation email detailing your appointment. This email will also contain a link to complete essential Consents and Intake Forms before your visit, facilitating a seamless process.

Injection Instructions
For those receiving compounded tirzepatide, our partnered pharmacies will ship as soon as possible. We strongly advise watching our instructional video on pulling up from a vial and injecting Tirzepatide for preparing your medication correctly. Hygiene is paramount: wash your hands thoroughly and use alcohol swabs during the process. Store all vials in the refrigerator, removing them only for your injections (we provide continual guidance for titration and if more or less frequent injection regimen is recommended by your doctor) . For travel, a refrigerated container is essential for transporting your medication; take only what you need for the trip and keep the rest refrigerated at home. Assessing Suitability for Tirzepatide Therapy
During your appointment, your provider will evaluate whether Tirzepatide therapy is appropriate for you. If deemed suitable, you'll discuss the most effective treatment strength to start and when to increase dosage (if any). Please check in 5 minutes before your scheduled time to perform any necessary video and audio checks, ensuring a smooth telehealth session.
For those with Rx Transfer, your "appointment" time is just a place holder for our physicians to review your intake. There is no face to face appointment.

Continuous Monitoring
Maintain regular monitoring of your weight and blood pressure throughout your weight loss journey. Note any side effects and inform us of any issues or concerns. You may need some of your medications adjusted as you loose weight (thyroid, diabetes, etc). Be sure to follow up with your Doctor who is prescribing those medications to help you adjust those medications. For more information and resources, refer to our FAQ and Resource page.
